InfinitusEquitas said it best. at the very least, this person needs to be made aware that it is absolutely not ok to shine any laser, and especially one over 5mW, into anyone's eyes, or any animals for that matter. sounds like you will be ok, it's good you werent looking directly into it

I just ordered another one, fingers crossed. I also thought the beam shots you got are great. 1W 405s are so freaking beautiful, my favorite wavelength, and I have 465s and a 589 edit: just got it, it does about 900mW, hope it lasts a while

if that is what it means, then ALL of mine are "military grade" lol I've seen 5mW pointers called "military grade" it did use a lithium ion, maybe you're right. the term is still misleading and meaningless IMO

"military grade" means jack squat. be suspect of any laser using that term
