What brand is your 18650's? I think you're using one of those cheapy chinese batteries

Thanks for the offer, but my wallet is close to death.... :p As I live in Finland, it would be pretty expensive to ship it... So, I won't test my driver.. Wish me luck. I think its fine, and I dont have money anymore for test loads / power supplies :undecided:

200 watt? :huh: You mean 200mW? (milliwats) Is the host like this? I havent heard of that brand, but I think its one of those cheapy Chineses. (correct me if wrong) So the laser is most likely underspec.. Have you seen it on? How does the beam/dot look like? And if you buy it, remember...

Soldered, I just add some tape to avoid shorts. No, I added the battery after soldering diode to driver and settings everything up @Blord, Thanks for picture. Well, this was my first destroyed diode. And I know it won't be the last one neither. :o Is there any advices how I can prevent...
