No, EVERYBODY knows them. A couple months ago, they spammed our forum saying they have cheap PHRs.

It's a 100mW laser with a coating of rubber, a few o-rings and limited focusing abilities. They should sell it for a MAXIMUM price of $300. But knowing wicked... ::) But I do remember they once had a sale and the price was $300.

You can get a 16x Senkat diode, Micro-drive and a leadlight. You should run it a bit less then 100mA according to this graph:

I'm not sure if this counts,  but Milos makes lasers named "stingray II" and the modules are really cool! They look interchangable but I'm not sure.

I think you are pushing your diode too far. Igor said that the 4x should be run at <150mA. Anything higher and your diode wont last as long.
