If you are really curious, I might suggest contacting CNI directly. That way you get the information firsthand, and not through someone else. If you find out I would be curious to see what they say and if there is any way around it.

My phone will not let me either, I can REP but I cannot add the reason/comment. I believe it is because of the way chrome is set up. Another browser may work but I haven't tried...

The range goes up to 20 watts, though I am unsure of exactly how much the sensor can handle. These scientech units are really nice and they do pop up here and on eBay every once and a while.

Lead is really soft, you can peel bits off with your fingernail. So it is a really bad host material, besides it's sub par thermal properties. If you are looking for something dense (heavy) that will not kill you I might recommend the following. Silver has about the density, but it is pricy...

Yeah mine is just like Sigurthr's starts at 130mW then over a span of about 2 minutes it will drop to 60mW. Weirdly enough the power drop is pretty linear. Edit: I think it just proves that these units are not all the best quality and all of them have their own little quirks. +1 rep for super...
