TacoHerder You were absolutely right. The tracking never changed. I received the module on the saturday. It was packed better than my laser was. In a box with bubble wrap.

I'm not positive about your specific laser, but I asked "Susie" in a email, what the duty cycle of the sharp high power laser was, and she said 30sec. On and 1 min off. I hope that helps!

That is good advice, grainde. I'm glad you gave your opinion also. I'd hate to here later that one of the newer members got eye damage by taking bad advice. Or misunderstanding someones enturpitation of comfortable to look at.

I would not think for a minet that a 100mw beam would be comfortable to look at ! Do some more reading in the safety section of this forum, and you will see that anything over 5mw can cause eye damage. A reflection from your laser "will" cause your eyes harm. I would wait till your goggles...

Just be careful until your goggles arrive.

I don't want to sound like an ass, but I have read several threads here at LPF that say o-like safety goggles are not so good. Just thout I'd give a heads up. Your eyes are worth at least looking into something of better quality.

You have a bunch of stuff coming from O-like? I have heard of a few people getting good stuff from them. But it's when you don't that the" stuff" hits the fan! Their customer service blows. Tacoherder, is that hot glue on there?
