The amount of heat generated on the TEC is nothing any heatsink can't handle... If anything the fan will possibly keep it too cold & throw it off. Most LPM's are calibrated at aproximately 22-24 degrees celcius & the fan will cool it too much... That's a possibility not 100% accurate

As long as the diode takes less than ~5.5V then yes, this has been scoped & stable but want to double check so will be available soon :)

If you don't have any press method you can put some arctic silver ( not the glue kind!!! ) to help with the heat dissipation... It's not as good as fully pressing it but it should move the heat better than just letting it sit on the diode
