Ok, going to drive it at 250ma so i should be safe, need to find driver and aixiz module for 3.8mm. Any suggestion on that?

I measured 1 diode 1.255 Vf and 1.355 other one. Bionic, i don't have sled anymore and i don't have any good camera that could get good enough picture of diodes. Is there anyway to get to know which pin is + and which is - with diode meter?

Maybe driver is faulty.

Even my friends can see diffrence.... and even <5mW can make dot brigther so theres diffrence.

Did you measure how much voltage is diode getting with diffrent batteries. I can assure you theres diffrence in beam and dot.

Before i ordered my 10440 batteries i tested lasers with 18650 battery and it worked, and they were more powerful then with 2xAAA, i could see purples beam in well lighted room. So this is my mod with 18650 battery Probably gonna use it till my 10440 batteries arrive. :D
