I am also thing to buy one but i wonder since the red laser is not very bright color.My 100mw red laser look a little brighter than my green 5mw!I hope that the beam focus well because red laser its hard to focus in a small dfot like green.

Is it a way to focus the beam but not only in one point.I mean focus the beam in short and long distance?

You are right but the class 1 is the power hit the dvd disc not the diode as i read from a net.the diode mabe is much more :-?
