yeah i had an issue with warped lens threads, otherwise i love pressfit hosts :) Major downside is there's no going back once its in. Sorry for your loss, i havent yet to experience a loss and i'm not looking forwards to the inevitable.

You're outta luck, you have permanently damaged the lcd and even worse is the cost of replacing a samsung screen :(

From having only seen "regular" wavelength lasers, i'd say 605nm :)

Heyyy I have another laser for sale, this time it's a monster ~3W 445nm custom laser in a custom host. I built this laser myself, and the only reason i'm letting it go is because I am looking to build more :) The laser uses a 9mm diode, the lens included with the sale is a G9 however if you want...

Ah... But it still shows what way the current is flowing? The 2 internal diodes would not let that current pass would they? Just my opinion on this I can't see anything else that could be wrong :p do you have any spare mosfets to play with?

Looking at the circuit you made, and the one in wikipedia i can see that you've probably connected the Drain and Source the wrong way
