    Sound card DAC tutorial

Welcome Tyler - Throughout the project I took a TON of photos and made a list of notes / links where I purchased every item from. I learned a lot while doing this and I would be happy to pass it on so you don't made some of the same mistakes I did like ordering unnecessary items. At work now but...

The Most Provocative Photo Thread. Warning, graphic content.

PHOTO 1 - This is a highly trained American sniper with his 50 caliber rifle which is his best friend. His assignment is to protect the 'Green Zone' in Baghdad , Iraq (prevent the terrorists from sneaking into the compound). PHOTO 2 - Below, we see Achmed. One day Achmed tried to breach the...

    Girlfriends with Lasers [ADD YOURS]

I bought it that way, it used to be a show bike. I had the seat re-done and added the light kit. It is actually a Honda VT1000 Shadow and the front forks have been chopped (more rake) and the frame stretched. Lots of fun and plenty of power :o)

    Girlfriends with Lasers [ADD YOURS]

No my friend, they are not some cheap-assed LED lights that corrode or fail in the rain. They are special weather proof strips of LED lights: Boogey Lights >> Motorcycle LED Lights and Motorcycle LED Lighting My bad, actually cost me just over $400 installed. Half the bike had to be taken apart...

    Girlfriends with Lasers [ADD YOURS]

I've been wanting to get a few photos of my girl in her hot pink bikini on my custom chopper. Now I will also have to convince her to do it while holding a laser. I posted the following question on the PhotonLexicon.com website: Besides Spaghetti and LFI Player, what other software can I run? I am just now finishing my RGB rig and I purchased Spaghetti last week. What else is out there? RESPONSE: LaserBoy (ilda editing and wav output) LaserWave...

All the shows are done with Spaghetti. LFI player is really just a way to play ILDA frames, spin them around and add effects to them. Spaghetti is a full featured editor that supports synching to music, multiple laser tracks, etc...

    First scanner build (eventual tutorial)

Not many free apps for a sound card DAC except LFI Laser Show 3D Player which is mainly used to play ILDA frames and "spin" them around in 3D. Can also do live shows but I have not experimented with that yet. I paid $119 for Spaghetti (and $50 for another license for my laptop) and I am very...

    Sound card DAC tutorial

I was originally going to order standard 6061 aluminum but I called first and they recommended the (solid) Alimex instead. It is perfectly flat and it "pressed" many more times than other types of aluminum. They said it would be best for my application. It really does look nice up close :) I...

    Sound card DAC tutorial

I ordered it custom-cut from MidwestSteelSupply.com and it is called "Alimex". I called one of the reps and they said the Alimex material would be the best material to use. The base plate is 3/8" think along with the laser mounts. Please note that when ordering, they will (by default) cut all...
