I wouldn't charge them with a bench supply. Li-ions do not charge the same way as other chemistry batteries. They have, (or at least should have), three charging cycles, CV, CC, trickle. I know the last one is a trickle charge but I just wouldn't risk it with these. My charger does only hit...
