Just received my LEDSHOPPE 50mw 532nm green laser. it works perfectly with the battries supplied. beam visible to as far as my sight goes (can see it on buildings at about 2 to 3 km away) i haven't tried burning anything - i didin't buy a laserpointer to such... i don't know what is the power...

Hi. This is my first post. i bought one of these ebay lasers. 5$. when i put the batteries in, i got a half second flash of standard green light, and after that completely blank. i used batteries to reach 10V, and got the same result. BUT i used an old telephone re-charger to reach the SAME 10V...
