I was surprised to see no posts since 3/12 This is an excellent effort to gain information about the diodes. May I suggest looking at other diodes including BDR's etc to maybe gain insight into coding information/ coding patterns. I think those LD's have more complex images.

The newer 80mW 450 diodes can be run at 200mW per the manufacturer (via voice discussion with Sales Manager). I have one, but it's just an inventory part. If they say it can go to 200mW, a good LPF rule would say it can go to 300 or 400mW pushing it. It must be a better wafer/ die. Specs are...
