Yeah... i recently discovered my mirrors are >632.8nm so i would need something for just less than that. I thought it would be cool to have a 400-700nm HR and OC laying around but that is obviously not gonna happen... also, i didn't want to have to use the paperclip and such to connect the tube...

anyone know the type of connector (not the alden one) that is on this unit? i want to put together a PCB with a switch for on/off and TTL on/off. i suppose if I need to ill just put a different connector on.

I dont think you'll be able to get it that small at 25cm because of beam divergence.
