I know enough about it because I watched videos and read tutorials. None said this though o-o. Care to answer? I'm gonna go buy the materials (or look them up in shops) in about 1 ~ 2 hours and I'd like to know what mW I'm going to get.

What's the thing that raises/ lowers the mW on a Blu-ray? Ima build one and go buy the materials soon enough and I know enough to build it. But what I don't know is, what mW I should be expecting to get... o_O. I mean, what part of the laser marks the mW?
