How about in boost situation? Gate-source voltage should refer to the voltage before of after the boosting?

I have a red laser that have a dirt on the diode window. It get worse every time I try to remove it. I given up on that already...

OK so I figured out how to set the exposure time for my camera. I am now be able to take some pics with good looking beam. Still exploring. Thanks everyone.

So I start building my own diver and play with different chip. Some of them are work but I never get the driver with external mosfet working. Most of them are using N-mos I have tried AO3400 and IRLML2502 (sot23) but both are not working. I thought nmos is the correct mosfet the schematic are...

That's cool. the problem is I don't know if my DC can adjust the exposure. Althought It is not a very cheap model. but not a very professional neither.....:yabbem:

I try to avoid the smoke / dust because I doubt it will pollute my lens.
