prt 2 of VM ( read below 1st)+

For those srsly serious about laser shows there is a class for cert. Laser Safety Officers the day after SELEM at same location- this requires staying over some- its 8AM moday for 6-7 hrs of class followed by a 2 hr exam- I am about to re-do my exam-BUT may wait and take it at SELEM-the chances of landing a job withb an established lasershow outfit goes way up if you are LSO.

you may reghret your username someday It CAN be changed but not easily-

then look for 'group tools' and add the group as a subscription via email- THAT way you know when something new is going on- we have been working on a big organized meet for Texas in or near Houston- to see what I have seen and possibly what you will see... google SELEM- and see the YTube vids from the 'meet'

next on is mid Aug and many have started makuing plans to get to newton NC for the 4 day event.
a car pool is a good idea as transport is for us the most expensive part of doing SELEM.
