This is what I used but I can't say I would recommend it. The color and finish look good but I'm starting to question how durable it will be. I might try putting clear coat.

Maybe I'll look into a custom white focus ring in the future. I'm sure spray paint is not the best method but what is pretty cheap, looks good, and can be done at home. Maybe a airbrush kit for models? Thanks again for the comments.

I wonder if there is a group of members that know each other and live close enough where they could form a company? I bet there is good money to be made also they would be providing a great service to members and potential members that are not yet skilled or do not want to build their own.

We used Ir laser/illuminators in the military. It was always cool on night missions to see all the beams through the NVG's
