Unhappy customer

Was a small my Guardian tonight. It also quit. Was using it. Burned a piece of cardboard.
Never let it all over heat.Never ran it more then 45 seconds without cooling it off.
Positive end of battery towards diode.
Very unhappy
Spent a lot of money shipping ChallangerII back.
Any ideas? I'm not spending anymore money buying and sending it back.
Spent $100 to ship ChallangerII back. Its still in China

You once sent me a note explaining the difference between G2, 3 Element, and G7 lens.
I can not find it. Could you please,resend it to me? It looks like you are using the G7 lens in some of your models?
I built a kit. It is a 520nm. Puts out a little more then 1 watt.( 1100mw). Can you suggest a good lens to use with it? I have a G2 and a 3 element for it. Of course the G2 puts out more power with a lousy dot. The 3 element puts out less power, but has a much nicer dot. I'm wondering if one of your G7 lens would be something in the middle of the two?
What would you use it it was yours?
