Sure the only thing that you would need to revise is that if you went with a flexdrive they have a max input of 5.5V so you could do a single 32650. Or if you can find a way to put them in parallel as most hosts are set up for series.
If you went with a Jib 1.8A or another linear driver you could run two 32650's in series without a problem. I do have a Jib and could wire one to a diode in a module with a G-2 lens but you would still need to heatsink the driver as the 1.8A Jib produces a lot of heat. Did you have a host you already had picked out?
