I got mw 5mw green laser today how can i tell if there is a ir filter or not?

I ordered a 100 mw laser pointer 532 nm green of the net and i was wondering what would happen if it reflected in to the eyes? Would a 100mw green laser ignite paper and what type of safty glasses would i need for a 100mw 532 nm green laser? When storing it would i need to keep the batterys...

Thats what came with it. The laser did seem violet. Also when you shine it on a wall it shoes up as blue but when you shine it further away it is violet and the beam is very big. The listing also claimed that there was no ir or no ir filter or something like that. All i know is if i shine it...
