Hi , i am intersting to buy this laser NDB7875 445nm 9mm Diode
In 12mm Copper Module
W/Leads
(Choose Lens Option)
at 59 $ . I live in Greece ,what is the shipping cost
lpc-826 is a very good and powerfull diode in my opinion. I think there is not duty cycle here, i have left the diode 2 minutes and it does increase not even 1 degree celcious.
I like it because i made it from spare parts as you told.
its very small difference,only 26 mW from rising 40 mA ,and the biggest cost is the reducing of the lifetime diode. It works perfect now i don't think of being worth it.
I am in consideration of buying m140 diode that is 2 watt .
What do you thing of it guys???
tnx friends
You mean we can drive lpc826 with 550mA without to destroy it?The problem as you can see is not the heat,the problem is how much current can the same diode to hold out.
tnx everyone, i like to make things from forgotten stuff that i don't need anymore,everything is usefull if you find a way to use it. I must resize the photos ,yes its annoying
thanks
you may be right,however i couldn't drive the diode with lm317 more than 300 mAh,i don't know why, with lm1084 things are much better.
Nice post this with the battery.I know that Chinese are charlatans but not so much!!!Somebody told that this white powder is coca llloooolllll.:drool:
Thanks all, Μένω πύργο ηλείας
Does anybody knows if we can found a datasheet for lpc-826? I want to know how much current can hold up the diode ? the problem is not the heat,mine is very cold. How much current can pass through the diode without to destroy it. The best would be to test it and...
I made a laser with lpc826,all the cost was about 20 euro
Lpc826---> 15 euro
Lm1084---> 1 euro
The case of the flashlight was forgotten in my cubbyhole
19650 batteries---> 2 euro
Axis----> 2 euro
The axis is the cheapest i found ,it's from a laser...
finally, i made the laiser, the problem was lm317 ,it couldn't drive the laiser more than 300mAh ,but lm1084 do . I am uploading now the project

i made again the circuit from the begining and i have exactly the same results!

Afterwards i place 2 18650 batteries full charged ,it was about 8.31 volts . The resistor between Vout and Vadj at lm317 was 5 Ohm and the maximun amber i could drive the...
