Maybe try a major component supplier - I don't know if the US ones do free delivery - but Mouser and DigiKey's UK branches do free next-day delivery (might be slower given the size of the US in comparison, but it's still worth a shot).
You should be able to order the connectors and crimps (You won't need crimps if you're only wanting to make up female connectors - but they're designed for PCBs, so you can just solder wires to the pins on the connector) - but if you want assembled cables, you'll probably want to look elsewhere.
