This is one of the few times im probably going to sell something non-laser related here, but the flashlight pack is getting too crowded as well.
The first is an Ultrafire C2 18650 host with a XM-L T6 generating 900-950 lumens. The driver is a 3-mode with memory linear driver that puts out 2.8A on high.
the C2 is the shorter one. that light came as a DIY host, and was built by me. The modes are as follows: low, med, High
these pictures were taking in my garage with the door closed. It was pitch black in there. from where i was standing, the distance to the hotspot was about 25 feet. At night, high mode fills my whole back yard with the hotspot lighting objects 150 feet away. The wide head of the C2 gives this light LOTS of FLOOD, but still has a very bright hot spot that has good throw.
the next one is a Solarfoce L2 host with a XM-L P60 drop-in. The manufacturer stated the drop in was rated at 900 lumens, but it doesnt seem quite there. Maybe 800 as it is just barely barely less bright than the Ultrafire C2. What's cool about the solarforce light is that I upgraded the tailcap. The new tailcap can handle 3A+ and can tail stand, something the original host couldnt do. Plus it gives both ends of the flashlight an "assault" look.
the solarforce has slightly better throw but as you can see from the round circle of light, it doesnt have as much flood as the C2. the C2 lights up entire rooms at night, the solarforce gives you a much more centered beam.
both lights are $60 each + shipping. each light comes with 1 18650 battery.
