Hello, I am new to this site so I don't really know what to do but I was wondering if anybody knows of a green laser pointer where you can see the beam at night with out any fog or dust. And I would like it to be under 50 dollars because I just want it to play around. Also where is the best place to buy it online?

I have heard of wicked lasers 5mw core laser but i don't know if that is visible or not? Also I found this Burning Laser 200mW Laser Pointer Green 532nm Mid-open 200mW Laser Pen [1060] - US$52.99 : LaserShine.com

So this beam will be visible during night?
 
Yes, unless you live in an arid climate. Most arid climates have very clean air, and you need particles in the air to see any laser.
 
Ok thanks! And I live in the breadbasket of the US. So there is a lot of dust particles here!
 
I'm actually really surprised by how the area effects your laser. I went out to nevada for a week and I wanted to show my kid cousins my neat 10mw green. It was hardly visible. Come back and go for a 2 day trip to Atlantic City, although to be fair it was a foggy night, it looked like Han solo.
 
I use mine in the woods mostly and its a freakin lightsaber. I actually freaked a few campers out because they didnt know what it was. :crackup::crackup:
 
1W blue, 100mW green, and some misc pens of lower power. The rest are in projects.
