I was out at the club last night, this guy has a laser pointer.
It looked like the Spyder III Arctic from Wicked lasers.
The beam was blue and the diameter was about an inch, where can I find this!!!
The wicked laser diameter looks nothing like the one this guy had last night.

Unless you have some pictures or a better description, we can't help ya much. Although I can tell you that the Artic Spyder is one of the most popular lasers although many people around here can tell you 200 reasons why they suck.

Please do not emulate the Moron from the club. A powerful laser at a club... indoors... is asking for trouble. You can easily hurt yourself or even worse hurt someone else with it.

All it would take is 1 slip of your hand...

I usually have a laser on me... trust me a 20mW green laser is more than enough, but it is at least borderline safe. Even with that I'm super paranoid.

Buy a decent 5mW green laser if you really want to shine something indoors.. that way at least no one gets hurt. At most clubs it's usually pretty dark and there are plenty of particulates in the air so even a 5mW laser will produce a cool beam.

Yea this laser was super bright, the guy was smart in a way with it, only pointed it up in the air ...never into the people.!!!
I just want one that has a beam diameter that size!!!!
Yea I wish I had pictures!!!!

Basically any high power (1W+) 445nm laser with a diffuser would produce that effect. It's just more likely that it was a regular laser without even a diffuser, but the beam wasn't focused. If you saw it outside you would see the beam continue to spread out, but in a small space it would look very thick and impressive.

I'm glad that this guy was careful about it.

Something like this would do the job: Tactical 1.2W blue 445nm laser /focusable/waterproof/Solid [OL-445-1.2] - $219.00 : Welcome to O-Like.com, Your source for laser products

Keep in mind what I said about safety though... one reflection from that laser and you can blind yourself, or even worse, someone else. Also keep in mind that EVERYTHING is reflective, even the dot from that laser on say a white wall a few feet away is harmful.
