Have any of you ever purchased violet or green laser pens from technologyplanet.co.uk ?, I ask because there is some strangely priced violet laser pens on there.

For example they are selling a 80mW violet laser pen for £60 and a 50mW violet laser pen for £70, it's just odd that they would sell the 80mW violet laser pen 10 pound cheaper than the 50mW violet laser pen.

What's even odder than that is the fact that they are also selling a 30mW violet laser pen for £157, it just doesn't make sense.

Their laser pens must lack ir filters or their laser pens aren't at the mW that they claim they are, there is definitely something fishy about that site.

Link to their laser pen section: Laser pens from 5MW upto 200MW : technologyplanet.co.uk

I don't think so. Advertising your company saying there's something fishy about it would be a first.

lmfao..

After looking at the site dont even bother, crazy prices "RRP £60" or somthing for a Dilda, they sell "Pot modded 50mw green" for £50 LOLLLLLL

I haven't even purchased anything from megagreen.co.uk, but I did purchase a 50Mw green laser pen from digitaldaffodil.co.uk for £35, but yea please do forgive me for my unbelievably evil cruel behavior just because I am suspicious of fishy looking uk sites like impactpc.co.uk that look like they are selling green laser pens without ir filters, I hope you can find it in your heart to give me another chance :cryyy:

But seriously, the product description of impactpc.co.uk's very cheap priced green laser pens sure does make you wonder if their green laser pens are lacking ir filters or not.

Note: pictures show our 10mW model which looks exactly the same as this model. It also comes with the same gift box and accessories.
As most China-made green lasers do not come with an IR filter, protective eye wears are required while using this laser. If you are not sure what this means, get the 5mW version which is as safe as regular red lasers.

There are no cheap lasers with IR filters. I just suggest you to keep everything in one thread. All the cheap lasers stores are the same. They resell cheap chinese lasers that aren't up to spec and that are not IR filtered. I wouldn't care about any of those 2 facts anyway.

Sorry if you feel I overreacted, but you gave me a really bad "first impresion". Your reputation is restored ;)
