Out at sea in international waters, those drug runners pose no threat to America, all scumbag trump has to do to murder them legally is let them cross into American waters, only then will it be legal! Yep! trump's authority to protect America at sea only extends out to American waters! he has ZERO authority in international waters in the same way nobody has authority in internetional waters!
