There are some inexpensive 1 watt 445nm lasers for sale from China also. I don't have the links because I had no interest in them, but you can likely find one on eBay if you look. Last time I saw one they were under $50.00, IIRC.

I wanna try to get as close to the U.S. as I can for both a lower shipping price and a shorter shipping time, any suggestions?

Lifetime17 builds and ships inside the US, but he charges priority USPS shipping which is usually $7.20 plus the price of the laser. You can send him a private message if you like. Otherwise, eBay is your best option to keep the price as low as possible.
