So I wanna buy a Sanqu 304 laser but I have some questions about the lasers.

https://www.sanwulasers.org/product/304green

The 100/150/200mw-s are guaranteed?
And the pictures there are many different size of the 304.. which is the green/blue/red?

Sorry for my English, and thanks for your answers.

i recently bought a 304 100mw green from sanwu and it was the longer one of the 3.
note the 304 actually is a 303 but binned by sanwu (at least thats what i think i got. mine is marked with YT-303. dont have an LPM to test)

The size does not vary much--depends on if the "pattern effect caps" which cost $3 extra are attached in the picture or not, mostly

The Sanwu 304s are Laser Power Meter output power metered and as close as possible to the stated outputs---that makes them not a gamble and a good value for the little bit extra cost. They are good starter lasers.

Thanks for the answers!
And guys, what do you recommend for the color?
I thinking about the 100mw green and the 150mw blue.
This would be my first realy powerful laser.

What are you talking about--are you just trolling or what?
Did you even look at the Sanwu 304 page? -Sanwu does not offer a 304 blue at all?

Sanwu only offers a 100mW 532nm green, 200mW 650nm red, or a 150mW 405nm violet

Anyway color is up to you-whatever you want.

He's probably just mistaken the 405 as blue instead of violet:undecided: I'm guessing he saw the first view on Sanwu's sight?
ergepard, that 150mw 405 is a violet color and unless its in a dark room and with some type of smoke the beam won't be visible. Its still is dangerous though and can basicly light a match.

Perhaps---maybe if he gets serious about buying one he will read about them--the word violet is used 5 times and the word violet font is even colored violet -- no mistaking any of the pictures other than 1 for anything but violet.

Remember to purchase laser googles of OD3 for whatever wavelength you end up choosing. I suggest going with Survival laser as they are high quality and offer members on here a 10% discount with the code LPF445. If you want brightness, I suggest you get a 100mW 532.

Thanks for the answers, and sorry for my mistakes.
I think I will get the 100mw 532nm green, again thanks for the fast answers.
I'm sure I will buy the goggles.

I've had the 100mW green 304 for about a year now. The highest I've seen it peak on an LPM is 88mW including a few mW IR output. These lasers are like any other 301 lasers in that the power will drop once the laser warms up, so if you're planning on running the laser for more than about a minute at a time, the output will drop. If you use the laser for like 3 minutes continuous the power will eventually drop down to about 20-30mW. Still not too bad of a deal at $20 though, and you'll learn a bit about laser safety.

That applies to most, if not all, DPSS pointers.

Well, it definitely applies to most CHEAP DPSS pointers I would agree. When I say the power will drop, I'm not talking about a 5mW drop, I'm saying that the power will drop by like 50+% of its original output after a few minutes of using the laser. The external temperature of the laser won't even be above 90F.
