Are people really this dumb to be scared of solar panels? (Update) | Doubtful News

"solar panels kill all the plants in the surrounding area because they stop photosynthesis"
"All the young people are going to move out"
"there seems to be a lot of cancer deaths in the area, and that no one could tell me solar panels don't cause cancer"
"the solar farms would suck up all the energy from the sun and businesses would not come to Woodland"

I believe the residents don't want the ground to be covered with acres of panels and are worried about real estate prices falling but to state ridiculous comments like that is foolish.

IMHO, roofs, exterior walls, car ports, even sidewalks and bike paths have all been successfully done with solar panels. All new building projects should seriously consider solar panels for as many exterior surfaces as possible.

I saw a video about this on YouTube.

Honestly, not surprised at all. Stupidity is everywhere now days.....

Some people are hella stupid, not just ignorant, but flat out stupid.

Oh yeah there are people who hear something but don't have the common sense to see how retarded it is. Remember the flat earthers?

What about the hollow earthers? Or the chem trail idiots? or the lIzard people? Or the... there are a lot of stupid conspiracies.

Did you see the one where they protested outside a college and then barged in and pulled the fire alarm? The firefighters came and everything.

Visible,

This is why Trump is so popular. The incredible unfairness that the popular culture has promoted, has presented these extremists as "opinionated". The center has been redefined as anti-male, anti-religion, anti-white, to the point that these idiots can operate in an echo chamber. This mind set is sick and in the long run suicidal.

As you can see in the video, no discussion can occur and the audience member who is accosted as he leaves, chooses not to confront the activist. What's the point? He will just go quietly to the polls and vote for Trump. Can't you just see Hillary (a few years younger) squealing at the camera during the protest? I sure can.

The change I see coming is that many of us who were brought up in good homes with two parents and respect for authority, as well for others and were taught "just be nice", "don't act like these bad people", have reached the breaking point.

I no longer let it go. And, as a well educated and well informed individual who has always been challenged to support positions outside the comfort zone of political correctness, I'm way more prepared to support my views and win the arguments. You may have noticed my peppering the threads of LPF recently. And, if you abandon discussion and resort to the fire alarm (somewhere between micro and mini-aggression) or worse I'm prepared for that as well. You really don't want to mess with me anymore and I'm not the only one out here that understands this.
