Has anyone ordered from WarnLaser this year?

I was just wondering how they have been? Has anyone ordered from them in 2012? how about since the summer? Thoughts, comments, concerns...

i have ordered from warnlasers . but i guess it's a rooky mistake .

i ordered the green 100mw laser pointer .
did not have to wait long . about a week to get it delivered in the neterlands
it got deliverd in a warnlaser box . witch was packaged in a bubblerap bag/envelope .
yesterday when i got it i either did not notice that the beam was out of focus or it was not out of focus.
it burned trough the balloon very easely .
but after a while i noticed that the light was weird

it has 2 beams side by side inside the big beam of unfocused light .
and it has a scatter effect beside the pointer on the wall

it is not focusable whith the focus lens . i simply think it is damaged somewhere and somehow

the packaging still is as simple as it gets and as cheap as possible .
the instuction manual they added was a small piece of paper whith a picture of how the battery is to be inserted (for 6 different lasers)
and the warning a should not operate it for more then 20 seconds at a time
that is all the info you get.

the image of the beam i made at night but it is way to out of focus to see what i see whith my naked eye (have no decent camera)

these other 2 pictures i just took of the pointer these are in focus and are acurate whith what i see whith my own eyes

the small dots arount the pointer are NOT a camara effect
infact becouse of the glare of the pointer those dot's seem less visable to the camera
in the lowest picture the really bright white spot in the middle or better said blob . is the actual pointer it realy is about that size at almost 3 meters

as a refference the helicopter in the picture is a 42" helicopter

yea i got the adress to send it to . china . but i live in the netherlands . arrived here about 4 to 5 days after i ordered it so i hope the repair will be just as swift .
after this im planning on buying a blue (im newb to lasers so i don't know the nm if i remember right its 502nm ?? ) 1 or 2 W laser . but i need to know they won't break easy since they cost alot more then my 80 euro 100mw laser it's 532nm btw

ok i got my laser back 2 days ago .
took 2 weeks to get to china (cheap shipping) and one and a half week later i get a new laser whith DHL pakkage
.
the guy was very nice in the mail's i admit he had trouble whith english (think he used google translate) even though his name was zachary turnwald.
but he got the problem, and fixed it no problem .
have to say all in all i am very happy whith warn laser .
i think my laser is over spect though . 100mW and it easely light's a match .
pop's balloons (even bright color) in a fraction of a second except yellow and ofcourse white

I am glad they fixed the issue and left you happy. Thats how business should be no matter where it is located. I was very happy with my interaction and purchase through them aswell...
