Hey Teslanium, I got a call from Fed Ex in Memphis, TN on Wednesday and they told me they needed a "Declaration For Imported Electronic Products Subject To Radiation Control Standards" form that needed to be filled out.They sent it to me and I emailed offroad, and within 15 minutes he returned the form to me filled out (in advance by Kevin I think), I emailed it back to Fed Ex and called them to make sure it was what they wanted. It was. The whole process took less than an hour. My laser was at Fed Ex Newark NJ last night, It showed expected delivery for today, but it looks like it will be Monday unless they bring it to me here at work in the next 30 mins

My 650, 520, 450, and 405 arrived today! I guess the 808 and safety glasses will be in batch #2.

3 of the lasers came with tailcaps lacking the safety interlock. I don't care for the safety interlock, personally, due to its bulk and added complexity. It's easier to just use the key switch. Would anyone be interested in selling or trading non-interlock endcaps to me? Completely understand if not

I believe the Fedex declaration thing is happening because they are marked FDA for the first batch. I don't think this should happen on the "other" units.

Second batches look to be the "other" type plus extras.

Hey guys, can one of you please send me that form?

My package was on track to be delivered today, and then, now it isn't. I suspect it could be on hold for the same reason... needing that declaration form.

Edit: My second shipment is for the non fda lasers... could just be a delay in shipping, but I would rather have the form, if I go pick them up tomorrow myself.

When was your second shipment sent out Infin and was the first one DHL or Fedex?
Awillis first shipment was Fedex and he didn't have a problem. He isn't in NY though. Want to know how this works out for you because I would fully expect to have the same issue since we're in the same state. Hoping they aren't holding them. Don't see why they would if they were marked correctly as I've yet to run into this issue. Never had any lasers sent Fedex before though....

Hopefully I don't need to do that extra form stuff too... Granted, my order wasn't shipped to my knowledge, but it's still nice to be lazy

My second shipment, for the non FDA lasers (although some are supposed to be FDA?) went out on the 28th.

I'm in New Jersey, not New York, although very close by.

Right now my package is in Newark, but should be in Moonachie tomorrow morning.

I spoke with a FedEx rep who told me there is a shipping delay, so that might be completely on their end, and unrelated.

Still, Moonachie is ~20 minutes from where I am, so if it's there tomorrow, and not likely to be delivered before monday, I might just drive over... I have being patient

In case I do go to pickup my package, I would prefer to have the form with me.

Edit: With the time difference, I think Offroad is probably asleep... can one of you guys please send a copy to me, my email is infinitusequitas at gmail dot com

My LaserBee LPM has arrived! I'll measure the lasers I got from the groupbuy and post them here. I'll also update my HL405 review thread with some readings on that, too. I'm almost more excited to have an LPM than I am to have the brand-new lasers!

Sorry I E my form is at work. I too live in NJ and just spoke with Fed Ex and they also told me package was delayed in Newark but it did leave Newark and would be delivered on Monday. My laser is being delivered to S Plainfield (work) so it will probably be at their Edison center tomorrow. I think I will see about getting it tomorrow too so I can use it into my photography tomorrow night. I hope they allow Saturday pick ups, good luck

No worries, was worth a shot asking here though... I might not even need it.

They told me the package is on it's way to moonachie, and from there would go out to me. Possibly even tomorrow.

They said to check in the morning around 8-9am (I'm not getting up before 10-11

) and if it's on a truck it will show up in online tracking. Otherwise that center, where it can be held for me, is open until 5pm. Will see how my day goes, it's kind of out of the way, but it's also really only ~15-20 minutes away. Decisions, decisions :undecided:

At least I got two brand new crelant lights today

Hi IE, I do not think you have a problem since I was notified when the laser was in transit from Anchorage, Alaska to Memphis, TN. Since yours made it to NJ without asking for the form you should be set. You should email offroad tonight and ask for it so it will be in your inbox when you get up tomorrow. I am expecting my 473nm 30mw and really want to use it tomorrow when I do my usual Sat night photo shoot. Since it is low power, it should mesh really well with my 589nm 5mw and 593.5nm 6mw, as well as others. I have some neat ideas in mind and hope to have it.

I thought that the declaration form ORF sent me was just an example. Fedex sent the manufacturer's invoice along with the blank form; I noticed that the accession number and some other info on the invoice was different than the one on the form that ORF sent, so when I filled it out I used the info off the invoice. I noted that there were only two lasers listed, I ordered three, maybe the other one is coming in the next batch.

And now...I wait...

maybe the lasers will be on their way next week.

I am however glad to see people are getting their lasers and the testing shows mostly excellent results!

I checked my Fed Ex tracking number this morning before leaving for work.
I found out Customs of Memphis, TN was holding my laser(s) for Ransom at 1:07 am
Did not have time to deal with it before work.

Got home ~6:00 pm checked tracking again.
Got International shipment release at 2:38 pm
Currently In transit

Did not have to do anything. :eg:

I've been fighting off the urge to ask that all morning. Mine were supposed to ship out on the 30th, but offroad hasn't been given any kind of confirmation yet.
