Bloody hell, that's powerful. It's a bit to powerful for what I'd want I think. I'm only intrested in filming using IR.
I got red eye watching the clip. Can the beam open too flood and tighten.

Yeah, with night vision, aren't you basically just viewing a video of what's happening? (to put it very simply)

Yes lotus, basically. Since joining this site I'm becoming more aware of the power and uses of lasers.
I use them to illuminate for filming and shooting. You use them for fun, entertainment.
The main thing is respecting there powers.
I'm lthinking about getting a powerful pointer for fun, and maybe a burner.
What do you guys recommend.

In my point of view DBAL-I2 is the safe IR laser to use. It is fully featured and very powerful laser. At this time DBAL-I2 is mostly used by the army.
