You can link them any way that you can find. A screwdriver might work, or a small piece of wire would work. Just connect the output terminals of the driver together for a moment using whatever means works best for you. Its hard for me to tell how your configuration is laid out since I haven't seen it..

Here's what I'd do. I'd take a small (1") piece of wire and bend it into a U. Strip the ends and touch one end to one terminal, hold it there with a finger and touch the other end to the other terminal. You're done..

If you're going for a labby then install the diode in an Aixiz module and get this heatsink:

Look at the heatsink that is under the three green modules.. I have one and its AWESOME!.. Pre drilled for a fan, also.

As far as current for those diodes, someone else will have to help you there..

EDIT: sorry I thoght you were asking if you should heatsink.. seriously though, check this one out..
What size fan is needed?

It's drilled for 1.5" fans.

How long do you think I can leave my laser on for?
Thanks

If it's mounted in a heatsink like the one I described above, then pretty much indefinitely depending on how hard you're driving it. If it's just in an Aixiz module don't leave it on more than 2-3 minutes tops.

ok thanks I might get those...well I think that is all for now.
Thankyou so much for helping me build my labby

What laser do you think i should build next? I was thinking of Jayrob's pocket pal

I have a leftover red diode...so ill put that in with the heatsink and flexdrive and power it up :D
Do you think i can ask Drlava to preset the current for me? 300ma seems to be working pretty well for my red diode...

Thanks
