His other 200mW 635s sold for over $100. So if you're looking to buy it, don't expect it to go below that price. Also, he only has 3 feedback, with 2 as a seller. Beware, you might not get what you asked for..

Good find. I was searching for 635nm without luck 636nm is good enough. :cool: I ask for datasheet see if he got one.  :p

BTW: you need Meredith Module for this, its 9mm can. ;)

I've got one of those 9mm things, and I've never managed to get it unscrewed to see what's inside. It's also not focusable, so you might be better off with a meredith.

Doesn't matter really, the reserve hasn't been met on either diode. You can only imagine how much more that lower-priced one has to go before it meets the reserve price.

They are multimode diodes. You will need a nice cylinder lens to bring them into focus, don't expect a tight small diameter beam either
