This is one of the most powerful M140 diodes I have seen yet. This build is a true beauty.
I am very tempted to keep this one for myself but I know there are a lot of people who have asked me for a laser of this power and now is your opportunity to get it.

Connections: Silicon wire, shrink tubing, case negative
Power: 2,475mW stable output over 1 minute testing period
Duty cycle: 2min on/ 1 min off

I once had a diode like this. Only never turned up the current to 1.8A anyhow awesome build man :beer:
