Thanks for the info.

BTW, I received the Coleman host 660 today. Very nice! Very clean host and nice build job, overall. :)

How bright is yours?. Mine is only putting out 174mW peak on a fresh battery. :(

I don't have a LaserBee or other beam output meter. I compared my red Coleman to another from Lazeerer and it seems somewhat less able to burn as quickly (my only measure). Beam brightness seems relatively comparable. The Coleman I have from Lazeerer is running a LOC. Not sure if there is an output difference between the two, all other things being equal...

edit: Shipped today, thanks Ben

Still havent received package and no tracking number after 34 days?? Requesting refund please.

So how did you know that it shipped in the first place:thinking:

34 days is a long time... window for dispute is 45 days via paypal. PM bhwollen if you haven't already.

I know it doesn't happen often, but things do get lost in the mail. Always have/get/request tracking for anything expensive.

Ben PMd me on Aug 5 that it shipped that day but no tracking number was provided.

Give Ben time to weigh in and track this down, but at 40 days from the time of payment, if I were you I would file a dispute if you don't hear anything back:undecided:

Correction: Its been 28 days since payment, miscounted by a week. But still a long time nonetheless. Thanks for the advice.

To be honest I think Ben will take care of you, if there is a problem. He is a very stand up guy.

Was this an international shipment? Are you in the US?

The advice is exactly what I would do myself. There is no reason pull the trigger early with a dispute, but at the same time, there is a point at which you really have no other choice, IMHO that's at the 40 day mark.

For most people on this forum, buyers and sellers alike, everyday life comes up, and has to take priority. Give it another week, but after that... well, it is what it is.

I'm in the US and I've had a lot of great purchases that went well with yobresal, DTR, jayrob, laserbee, scopeguy20, IgorT to name a few. I'm sure Ben is a pretty upfront guy, I just havent had the best of luck so far. I'll keep you posted what happens.

Well this isn't good.

I know Ben had been dealing with some issues in his personal life, but you are now the third person to recently have issues with items from him.

To his credit he did resolve the other two and I'm sure he will take care of your issue too. There is a thread about it in the Feedback section.
