Its not exactly an official test but i thought that I'd put this here anyways.

Yes that was me who bought on of those diodes and ran it in a pocket mini build @185mA. As for it's output? I would have to guess at around 200mW. I did keep the cycle times to less than 1min. I even used the Jayrob Blu-ray lense modd for this one.

Total run TIME: 45min @185mA Driver: Lava V4
When it died, it never lit back up again.
It was by far the best burning laser I had ever made. It lit a match from over 10FT away.
I wasn't ruff with the laser either.

(WOW my pictures looked like crap back then:))

EDIT: OH yeah, there was one other thing that was bugging me about this diode. When I received this diode from O-Like it came in a sled that said SONY on it!!!!!!
