I have around $100.00 (£80.00gbp) That i want to invest in a reasonably powered blue laser 500mwplus ideally.

Most blue lasers sell for around $140. http://laserpointerforums.com/f39/1-2-watt-copper-445nm-blue-lasers-cheap-139-99-a-63859.html 500mW and 1 watt will generally cost the same since the same diode is used in both and the only aspect that differs is the driver's set current.

As Serpant already pointed out... you're gonna have to raise your budget.

Especially considering that you also need good goggles, a set of batteries and a charger.
