I am looking for a >100mW red laser diode and a driver to go along with it.

I haven't been doing laser stuff for a while, so I forget what the driver options are, but ideally it would work with a standard 3V CR123 and the 3.7V RCR123s, but if it only works with one of those, I can deal with it.

It would also be ideal if everything was case-positive (that is, the driver gets +voltage from the case of the diode).

I'd like to keep this under or around $30, if possible.

I have a LOC(?) 650nM with driver(?) that I purchased from Daquin a while ago, $30 is less than I paid for it but what the heck! (you can tell that i'm not a real laser geek by my question marks)!

I can post an image if you'd like.

Hey Raybo,
If you could post a picture that would be great. I just need to make sure that the driver will work for what I need to do.
Thanks!

OK, can I see inside the module? I'm only interested in the diode and driver, not the housing or lens. I will remove those anyway.

ETA:
What I'm trying to figure out, is a)what is the voltage range and b)is it case-positive?
