WTB> PHR803T in Aixiz Module

I can't find any of these on the internet anymore [PHR803T in Module), I burnt out my old one and apparently the PHR803T is stuck in my curent Aixiz module and I can't seem to get it out, so I preferably want one in a module.

I've tried hammering it out to a lot of other methods, if anyone has any tips on how I can get the bugger out, let me know :thinking:

I can find the sleds all over the place on E-bay and stuff, it would just be nice to buy a module and a phr803t in the same spot so I don't have to pay a lot of shipping, Plus it would be cool if the PHR803T came in the module since i've never actually extracted a diode from a sled and put it in a module, but, if it has to come down to buying a module and buying a sled, then so be it,

I wouldn't need a new module if I could get the old diode out of it.

If anyone has any other suggestions let me know
