I think dr.lava has something in that range, but don't even think about trying to buy one off of Blue.

drlava has one 808nm 1W for $350,I've got one of the same from s-ky(but using a new host)and it's already on it's way ;D.If you to buy from them it will cost about $360 shipped,if you are from USA I would buy from drlava.
