I have a green pointer pen from Optotronics that I just got, it was metered to output an average of 47mW. Still immaculate, i actually got it today but I had already decided I wanted something else... Shoot me an offer through PM if interested.

or just buy one of those cheap pens from ebay, most are way over 10mW and are decent for the price.
