700mW is something of a tall order for a 405nm, though not impossible. A 5 minute duty cycle adds height to this already tall order. 500mW is more common. good luck

Building one is my next option too, was just seeing if there is one lying around at the moment.

From personal experience a GOOD efficiency S0J6 diode in a copper module run at 450mA with a G2 lens in a Eudaimonium Phobos host can do >650mW and have an unlimited duty cycle.
