WTB: 150mW 650nm

Is anyone selling, or know where I can get a 150mW 650nm red module I can use in my RGY scanner? My current 100mw red was from ebay an something tells me it is getting no where near 100mw.

So where can I get a 150mw 650nm red that has TTL modulation, and is under £50 GBP?
