Writing with lasers/stencils

Hello. I need the ability to write a single (fixed) word with a laser pointer(s). Does anyone know of any company that custom makes word stencils for lasers? Either that, or does anyone have any experience making them on their own?

Would it be possible to write an entire (nine letter) word using one laser pointer, or would I need one laser per letter?

I believe long exposure photography will do this i think they literally call it painting. Ask Proctor here as he's our top photographer and knows his stuff too.
