Would it damage me?

I was thinking of getting a green laser (dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.469) but there seems to be mixed opinions on whether it has IR filtering or not. Could someone please tell me whether it has it or not, or how to find out?

The true 30 mw DOES have an ir filter. Various people here have tested it and seem to all agree that it has a filter.
