Would a 190 mA BR pen burn automotive paint?

I'm looking to mount a BR pen set at 190 mA to a tripod and use it to retain polishing positions on a car's paint. Would it burn the paint?

Well its close to UV so it may not be good, but short durations probably wont be an issue. This is of course under the asumption that you wont be focusing it to a fine point.

Reflections may be an issue though, perhaps a lower power. On a darker coloured paint, you may not be able to see it, as it gets absorbed.
