Wiring up M140 with case negative (I think)

Hello,

I'm trying to finish my M140 build on a C6. I'm using a DX driver as seen on the pictures.

My doubt is, can I only connect the + out and - out of the driver to the diode and put that little solder point there to connect the case to the driver negative input?

The diode white wire won't be used on this build?
